Pros
I read the previous reviews of the company and I wanted to ensure that future employees have not drank from the poisoned well. Enwave is a good place to work. You have employees there that have a slew of experiences and want to help out the new guy. If you are hired, you gotta know how to collaborate with everyone. Yes, those people skills will come in handy at Enwave. Here are the Pros:
The people are nice and helpful.
There is Overtime.
Modern Equipment and continuous improvement.
Safety is taken seriously
Great team.
Cons
If you don't like overtime, this is not for you.
If you anti-social, this is not for you.
You want only a 9-5 job, this is not for you.
Some sites are Union, sometimes is a bad thing.
There are old equipment still, so you have to go Flintstone sometimes.
Communication is not the best
