Pros
steep learning curve, big projects, good opportunity for worldwide networking and working with latest technology. If you make it for first 6 months, and after 3 years more, you will never have any troubles anywhere. If you also put effort into it and keep your reputation high and head above water, then some other company will hire you with quite an upgrade.
Cons
don't expect career development, if you do your job good enough, they'll find way to tell you you're not ready yet for promotion and will hire someone from outside, sometimes even without relevant experience. So use it as a free studying field, but don't get stuck as it will be hard to move out later.
