      good place to work over all

      Cons

      Overall good company to work for. Other than you cannot take any time off whatsoever or you have to quit. Also there main office is difficult to contact.

      Low base pay, but the perdiem and vehicle pay makes up for the low hourly wage.

      There are nice people in the office

      Cons

      They take too much of your money compared to other companies offering the same services. Their health insurance offerings are horrible.
