Pros

I enjoy working at EpiVax. I have a great team and I like the small business culture. Some of the most loved benefits are the WFH policy and summer hours. Don't let old reviews sway you, management has worked hard to lower its turnover rate and offer a benefits package competitive to Boston. They understand that recruiting and retaining talent requires an investment in their employees well-being. And we appreciate that! Some of the benefits: Remote/WFH two days a week Summer hours (half day Fridays during summer) Maternity leave Tuition Reimbursement Program 401k Matching/Profit Sharing Dog Friendly Kitchen Snacks/Coffee 200 PTO Hours (at three years) and 12 Holidays per Year Every 5 Years Sabbatical Week 70% Health Insurance/60% Dental Insurance Coverage Donation Matching

Cons

It's a small company so sometimes you have to be flexible with your roles and offer coverage in other areas. Not necessarly a con though! With clients across the globe, sometimes work is outside normal business hours.

Pros

EpiVax is an excellent company to work for! The environment is fast-paced and challenging, intellectually stimulating and it will expand your skill set and your sense of accomplishment. Everybody works together in a great team atmosphere. Upper management leads by example. Salaries were increased company-wide in 2016 due to sustained corporate growth, and are therefore generous and comfortable. Benefits are great too, with plenty of paid time off. After-hours corporate events are frequent and fun to attend. You will learn a lot at EpiVax, and you will be working toward the noble and fulfilling vision of Improving Human Health Everywhere.

Cons

The pace of work is very fast, and sometimes it feels like too many meetings are getting in the way of working. You have to juggle priorities and use your time wisely, so effective time management skills are essential or your work/life balance may be affected.
