pay is decent for the city but still doesn't compensate you for the hours you have to put in

Location 8 days of PTO only No wfh 60 hours expected every week No major benefits if you leave before 2 years If you dont get a good team then its basically hell for you Their main aim is to hire fresh grads and suck the life out of them, you will get other opportunities, don't get attracted by what they offer, it ain't worth it
