Pros
Great first job. You learn a lot very fast because you are given responsibility very quickly. I found lots of opportunities to work on many different projects and was able to hone customer service skills very quickly. You work with many talented people who really are motivated to do the right thing to help the customer no mater what it takes, and that includes helping you out.
Cons
High work load. It does ebb and flow but I found often the high was high for too long with a very short low period. 6 month mark is very stressful, but if you can make it thorough that it gets much better.
