Pros
The benefits are great, especially for the implementation roles. Large bonus at Christmas, and very affordable insurance options. Company culture is very collaborative, and there are many social opportunities throughout the year.
Cons
You will work long hours. There is nothing in the employment contract stating that you HAVE to work more than 40 hours, but to get your job done you can expect 55-60 hours a week. There is a sense of young inexperienced college grads being given a lot of power, which in some cases leads to poor management of projects.
