      Excellent compensation, highly skilled and motivated workforce, new challenges and high growth potential, beautiful campus with subsidized cafeteria and coffeeshops

      Cons

      Can be difficult to maintain healthy work/life balance if you don't make an effort, travel can be exhausting, due to the flat management structure it can be difficult to tell who reports to whom
