      Pros

      Epic is a very fun and challenging place to work where every day poses a new and different problem to solve.

      Cons

      Epic has a "culture" that is in a lot of ways limiting. If they didn't require you to live in Madison, WI to work there, I know of a lot of people who would still be there.
