Pros
Decent pay, especially for out of college.
Cons
Coming in at entry level: QA have boring work for the least amount of pay but also potentially the least amount of stress. IS are given the task of dealing with non-intuitive, poorly iterated software and then utilizing that with hospitals and clinics. TS have a slightly less terrible job for higher pay and less travel but more technical training that potentially translate to other roles. SDs have the highest incoming pay and challenging tasks but also a software system that is difficult to utilize in other careers, depending on the suite assigned. UX/UI are about 20 employees total in the company, so can't comment on how their roles are coming in.
