Pros
The campus is gorgeous, the dining halls are fantastic, the work is challenging and rewarding. Customer contacts become very good personal friends for many people. There is a great sense of community throughout the company. Generally, it is a great, enjoyable, but highly demanding place to work.
Cons
Each employee has a very different experience with the actual day-to-day work they need to accomplish - how enjoyable the job is is a gamble for each person. Some people have easy and friendly group of customer contacts, and they are assigned to a team lead (manager) that understands the human element of the work. Other people are unlucky and get placed with an inconsiderate team lead and have tough customers that are impatient on solutions. One employee's experience is entirely based on certain qualities/dynamics of the circumstances they are assigned to. Also, it is very much a "sink or swim" environment, in which there is a lot of training but hardly any of it reflects the daily troubleshooting aspects of the job.
