Pros

Not a bad company to begin with for new graduates considering the starting pay. Epic pays more as it is risky career down the line.

Cons

Not good. Epic stages reviews and ratings on glassdoor from select employees who they think will give positive feedback. Nobody dares to talk the reality. If you happen to open up, you are screwed/fired. Works mostly on unrealistic timelines. Most of the leads are worst who does not know basic math for estimating effort and setting deadlines. Your boss dictates your career No room for growth expected for few Old technology especially with out relevance to what industry needs. C# code snippets that you write leads you to nowhere. Internal tools developed are used entirely @Epic. Outside industry looks for better tools and practices Tries to mimic Amazon culture and it’s leadership principles though it’s not in Epic’s DNA.
