Employee health and safety not a priority during COVID - Anonymous employee Epic Employee Review

Epic's COVID strategy has been laser focused on getting all 9,000 Verona employees back to campus, regardless of current health risks. Communication about COVID policies doesn't focus on health and safety, lacks empathy, applies overt pressure to return to campus, and is causing anxiety among many current employees. Employees are being forced back into the office without many added safety precautions and Epic leadership ignores or dismisses concerns. This is unacceptable for a healthcare company during a pandemic.
