Rewarding and challenging work, but too much of it and lack of good management - Project Manager Epic Employee Review

The biggest challenge is getting throw into the deep end with seeming not many resources. It’s very much sink or swim the first several months on the job. I think people want to help but everyone seems to be so busy working on their own items. I felt management never had my best interests in mind as an employee and only valued the work I contributed to a specific project. I was a very high performed and was supposed to be allow a role transfer which management kept delaying eventually leading to me quitting.
