      Thorough onboarding process Good salary and benefits Provide you with laptop and other needed tech 1-2 person offices Excellent food Awesome campus

      Your success WILL depend on the manager you get. Good, bad, or otherwise They churn through people like crazy You're never doing Enough There's always more work to do Often times the people you're supposed to go to for advice/help are as new as you are No clear path for advancement Nearly half my pals in my starting group quit at the year mark because they were so burned out
