      - Amazing, smart coworkers - Lots of responsibility for a new graduate - Travel (during non covid times)

      Cons

      - Long hours (expected 45-55 per week) - Inflexible policies - you will get exceptions to policies (remote work, raises, etc.), unless you have extremely special circumstances
