Pros
The benefits package is fantasic - you get great health insurance. The people are all very smart and very willing to help. The company is very hip and the campus is very pretty.
Cons
They will burn you out. Minimum work week is 42 hours and that's actually low compared to what most people work. Average is between 45-50. The stress is is ridiculous even without working with customers.
