Pros
It's easy to meet people and make friends because the starting classes are so big and you usually work with a team. Very good pay and benefits. You learn a lot and develop management soft skills very quickly.
Cons
Happiness and success are very dependent on the people you work with, especially your manager and team lead. The training is not sufficient compared to how much you are expected to know. Much more technical in nature than the interview process portrays. Poor work life balance - lots of travel (which is good unless you get an undesirable location), very long hours.
