Pros
Interesting, impactful work. Colleagues are generally supportive. Beautiful campus. Good salary.
Cons
No work from home flexibility (sorry, 5 days a year). Leadership on the decline and too encumbered by red tape. Leadership doesn't listen to early concerns raised by employees. TS role is perpetually overstuffed - given extra customers because turnover is extremely high.
