      Pros

      Title says it all. No micro-management, personal office, great pay, good location for a young person who doesn't mind bumping into college kids everywhere. BEAUTIFUL campus with great food.

      Cons

      Quite limited transferable skills. No ways to quick get around on a gigantic campus
