      Pros

      -liked the work I was doing. Was given a project doing new development within the first 6 months -liked the team I was on. Felt like I was contributing to good medicine -liked the folks I worked with -fan of Madison

      Cons

      personally, I was super burnt out from breaking my back being successful all through high school and college and now this job. I wasn’t ready for a job that takes up most of my waking hours to be my life, but for what I was making, shouldn’t it be?
