Pros
It's an incredible campus, great city to live in, meaningful career, and while some positions are a struggle, others are quite manageable. Subsidized lunch menu is a plus too.
Cons
Plan your commute right, or suffer the consequences. Frankly, it can often be quite irritating to wait in total gridlock on county roads. If you don't like winter, that's also a concern. It's Wisconsin, so get used to the cold if you don't live here.
