Pros
Pretty easy job, low stress. If you don't want to worry about getting laid off and just doing 40 hours for decent money, this is the place. Code base is pretty modernized nowadays, though there are still some ancient codebases, but what big company doesn't have a few of those.
Cons
It's still pretty clearly 2nd tier. The best developers leave to bigger/better jobs.
