      Pros

      Great campus, food, and offices. They make it easy to go to work and enjoy the day- everything is taken care of. The grouping of teams and the individual (or shared) offices allow you to work with others when you want or alone as needed.

      Cons

      Long hours, and pay is mediocre. However, mediocre pay (compared to the rest of the industry) goes a long way in Madison.

      Meritorious work environment, capable coworkers, work that has high impact, high degree of autonomy, interesting work, campus, food, benefits. Reasonable views on AI

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
