The Salary is good but not competitive for a Studio that is leading the Gaming industry. Like people would easily get double to quadruple salary offers if they give this many years to freelance services in arts or if they get hired remotely from companies outside Pakistan. Many of our talented colleagues left the company for this reason only. People are staying here because they have not yet find a better offer, which talented artists always get in some time.
