      Excellent compensation and a group of amazing people. The campus is a fascinating place to work, and has plenty of on-site amenities.

      Cons

      Some positions can make it challenging to maintain a work / life balance. Sometimes a constant "crunch" time isn't a crunch anymore - you're just working a lot of hours.

      Pros

      I learned a lot, started as part time and moved up to full time with benefits and got a lot of hands on experience and am fortunate for the opportunity.

      Cons

      A lot of micromanaging is done in the office I was at. A lot of disorganization between managers and doctors lacking communication to their medical assistants and to each scheduling department.
