Probably the best thing about working for this company is working under upper management bosses that you can respect, who work as hard as they expect you to work- often even harder. Depends on the department, but for us that's the truth of it.

If you're the type of person who wants a one-niche type job with no surprises, this company might not be for you. You might see having to wear many hats as a negative so that would be a con.

There are no pros what so ever

Racist company all the do is hire Indians and give them all the promotions and raises 90% of the company are Indians. They just look out for there own they dont know how to treat people at all always acting like they are tuff but when you get back in there face they get scared and act like your crazy they dont give raises unless it's threw the union they only give raises to the Indians most of the time worst job I've ever had in my life glad I left that place it was starting to mess with my mental health. They play favoritism and let people who they like get away with what ever if you have the chance do not work at this terror find a place that you will be respected especially if your black
