      Very nice people, very collaborative, good work life balance, decent work environment, monthly lunch, free coffee, snacks. Management promotes charity work when feasible.

      Cons

      Management favors employees who have been with the company for a very long time. 2 weeks of vacation for the first 4 years.

      Casual dress, generally nice co workers, decent benefits, managers are allowed to have their own managements style, free soft drinks in the kitchen.

      Cons

      Location of the office isn't very convenient, cube farm environment can get loud at times, some of the middle managers can be difficult to work with.
