Pros
They know how to talk a great story and get their employees excited about upcoming business and benefits. They are centrally located and their office is decorated fairly nicely.
Cons
Every employee that is hired at that company is set up for failure. They start out giving you the tools that you need within the first 90 days and then add so much work to you that it's impossible for you to do it all. Management is taught to not do actual work. Their job is to pull reports and micromanage the rest of the employees. Employees spend so much time answering to management and all of their calls and emails that it's impossible to complete their work on time. Either people leave of their own volition or so much is added to an employee's plate that they get terminated for not being able to complete their job. As I said they are set up for failure from the beginning. The amount of rules and regulations involved in everyone's job is ridiculous. And then after an employee is no longer at the company they go out of their way to badmouth those employees. Extremely unprofessional behavior starting with the very top.
