Pros
I joined the company in April as a fresher and found few pros 1. Company provides lot of opportunities to learn 2. Great place to develop your profile & experience good work culture 3. Work load is not that much generally from 9.15 to 3.30 i.e market timings. 4. Weekly activities to off load the work pressure.
Cons
I think all companies have some cons and i list them below 1. Company lacks in infrastructure. They do not have much space to accommodate employees, their office is very congested and ACs do not work in summers. It's going to be a warm work environment for you. 2. Rules are very strict employees cannot use cell phones .
