Pros

There were amazing, dedicated professionals that put a lot into the company that I had the chance to meet both at the store and corporate level.

Cons

Every aspect of this company was backwards, they had no idea what they were doing. Direction changed day to day, as did priorities. When they started loosing money they kept piling on the responsibilities to the managers and their store teams while simultaneously cutting staff and demoting and cutting the pay of the people that they were relying on to run the store that they couldn't afford to feed product to. The company concept was great, the people that they had in place at the beginning were great, they just didn't have the funding or know how to keep it going.

Pros

The work I did was very easy and the manager was nice . I was able to get experience even though I only worked there for a month.

Cons

Some downsides where how long you have to be standing and walking around the store cleaning up clothes people leave and hanging them up where they belong . Also some employees didn't do much work and they just spent time on their phones while others worked harder .

Pros

Corporate staff was very capable but restricted in performing the support necessary for retaining employees and fundraising partners due to a lack of investor funding. Store managers were highly qualified and resourceful. It was a pleasure dealing with them on a daily basis.

Cons

Lack necessary funding from investors to satisfy the basics from safety, pay and benefits perspective. Production and Operations staff were under extreme pressure to produce with limited to no resources. Lack of communication from corporate leadership to the stores led to a fear of failure culture. No funding to support a pay for performance culture or pay in a timely manner. Lacked the patience to see results.
