It’s been a really positive experience working at Epicor. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful roles, partner closely with great teams, and continue learning along the way. The people here make a big difference—there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and it feels like everyone is working toward the same goals. Overall, it’s been a place where I’ve been able to grow and actually enjoy the day-to-day.

Like any company in a growth stage, things can move quickly at times, which can come with its challenges—but this is something Leadership is aware of and being cautious about.

Fun office culture without being wierd Good people the issue isnt the people.

The issue isnt the people. Its the organization as a whole. To put it bluntly it will be like working for a 22 year old girl that can't get her life together - never know what she wants, what she needs, where she is going, whoes car she is in, or what she will do when she get there. Be prepared for everything to be 3 times hardere and stressful than it has to be. Be prepared for broken systems, minimal tooling, undefined processes and GARBAGE data and interal resources. Be prepared for everything to always be an unreasonable rush, but never anything to happen,.. or be resolved. Be perpared for silos, confusion, and meaningless complexity.
