Pros

The job itself is very easy, as long as you don't get discouraged from a lot of "NO's" you can make decent money. Great for recent college grads (even though they want 3 years sales experience for a job that a monkey could do) or those looking for a really easy job with little stress.

Cons

Brain goes to mush. Expecations during the interview are not at all reality. Opportunity for advancement is not clear and training is basically null. The company is so large there are so many different verticals and silos to try and function through, you wont ever get promoted unless you are a brown noser who never complains. Management and C-level superiors are not on the same page. One says one thing and another says the opposite. The direction of the company is up in the air until management can all get on board with directives.

Pros

It’s been a really positive experience working at Epicor. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful roles, partner closely with great teams, and continue learning along the way. The people here make a big difference—there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and it feels like everyone is working toward the same goals. Overall, it’s been a place where I’ve been able to grow and actually enjoy the day-to-day.

Cons

Like any company in a growth stage, things can move quickly at times, which can come with its challenges—but this is something Leadership is aware of and being cautious about.

Pros

- Supportive teammates - Powerful technology - Excellent growth opportunities - Vertical and Horizontal career advancement opportunities if you are curious, proactive, motivated, and genuinely passionate about the brand, teams, and the work we are doing

Cons

- It is easy to fade into the background if you don't have a center-stage role, you need to step up to make yourself visible; otherwise, you're at risk of career and reward stagnation - Like most companies, cost and timing are major contributing factors when deciding on the tools leadership make generally available to individual contributors - you're bound to be disappointed if you expect to have the latest and greatest of everything without first providing a value proposition to a senior leader. Be ready to invest personal time building use cases and gathering data to make strong cases for solutions you think will add value to your team and have a positive impact on the organizational strategy
