      If you quit a job based on HR violations, they reverse you final pay leaving you in a negative and refuse to back you .

      Cons

      Where to begin, the company has no structure. You are forced to wear many hats, leadership consistently speaks over you and doesn’t show any interest in training you to succeed in your role. I would not recommend working here
