      Have great employees that work there giving it their all

      Cons

      Contact Center Mgmt. No career progression unless you are liked, They would not know your skill set, as its under utilized Talk about each other when not on calls, not a real team oriented. Release all Ethnic managers, just a good old boys club

      Trainer was friendly and knowledgeable

      Cons

      certain issues with verification was not addressed, asked multiple times for help but was not addressed so I was released from the position I would not recommend
