It’s really hard to obtain and secure finical resource for non profits, especially those in direct care. This, however, is a larger culture issue and not a direct reflection on the organization.

The community from the residents, to staff, to upper management are some of the most wonderful people you'll meet. It's a work family that really cares about one another. Work life balance is also promoted among management. Employers are valued and promoted for jobs where they show talent. Many people have family members who work there as well.

The people who live there become family and it can be hard to watch so many loved ones die.
