Flex time and wfh opportunities were a great idea but when you have managers who are hiring/managing their friends, the rules go out the window. EEs are sending emails to their teams with their personal schedules and will fit actual working time in when it's convenient to the schedule. Having to work on 25hrs project work they you can only bill 10hrs. God help anyone who does not have a retainer job number to bill time to.
