Pros
Keeps you on your toes with how they progressively try to stay with marketing trends. Intelligent people who are helpful. Hybrid-Remote work is wonderful. FTO (flextime off) and work your world (working abroad) are also huge perks!
Cons
Could pay more for how big of a company it is. White college grads tend to be hired often - Would love to see more diversity although it never feels uncomfortable because the people are great.
