Pros

Mon-Fri dayshift hours as long as it's not the end of the month. Decent benefits.

Cons

Upper Management has no idea what responsibilities fall on whom. They praise the wrong people for the hard work of others, and promote according to that. They hire new employees and pay them equal to and sometimes more than employees who have been with the company for years and carry a higher level of experience. Management is worse than ever and is more worried about what's going on in the California location.

Pros

Although I work remotely, I find that Epson's workplace is for people who value accountability, integrity, sustainability, and true inclusivity. The pay and benefits are strong, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Cons

Somewhat siloed and territorial between departments.
