-Great people and great Opportunities for development

- Many of the employees have been here for over a decade, and updating systems or bringing in new systems is a challenge. Most employees prefer to do their work the way they were taught, and aren't open to more innovative ideas. - Management can be improved.

Although I work remotely, I find that Epson's workplace is for people who value accountability, integrity, sustainability, and true inclusivity. The pay and benefits are strong, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Cons

Somewhat siloed and territorial between departments.
