      Pros

      As far as the warehouse goes it’s mid size. Small enough that you don’t feel like just another cog in a machine, but big enough to be payed somewhat well.

      Cons

      The company aims to keep pay middle of the road. Although you won’t feel under paid, you’ll always know there’s more money somewhere else if that’s what you’re looking for.

      Pros

      Although I work remotely, I find that Epson's workplace is for people who value accountability, integrity, sustainability, and true inclusivity. The pay and benefits are strong, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

      Cons

      Somewhat siloed and territorial between departments.
