It sound like you enjoy your work and working relationships, and that makes us happy that our continued work to promote a strong work-life balance is shining through. As for the recent changes in benefits and the organization, it's always a difficult decision when an organization has to change long-standing benefits and sometimes reduce the workforce to remain competitive. At Epson, neither of these changes where taken lightly but were unfortunately necessary for the health and prosperity of the Company in an uncertain economy.
