The organization could be great if they honed in on a mission relative to equal rights.
Cons
Agree with former posts, the Ford administration is a circus. Turnover has been alarmingly high for an already small organization, and many talented individuals have moved on to do very well in other spaces. Ford plays an odd game of politics with unexplainable promotions of those she favors and treating all others as expendable human resources. There is no clear vision; just continuous dialog about the lack thereof.
