Poor Management - Anonymous employee Equal Rights Center (DC) Employee Review

While working at the ERC I worked under two lawyers that were more concerned with tearing people down and critiquing all innovative ideas than actually allow productive work to occur. As a result, the organization fell into financial hardships, and there was an incredibly high turnover. Under new leadership this is likely no longer the problem.
