Pros

The only pro I would give this place would be the people.

Cons

This place is an utter mess and I think everyone knows this since the migration took place. The job role was a complete catfish, was more like a call centre when i had started, 0 growth/progression in the time i was there. You hardly ever get recognition for the work you put in and the pay doesn’t match the role and industry standards at all. Hardly any training was really provided which caused knowledge gaps later on, even though I would speak about this in most 1-2-1s. Good for short term but wouldn’t see this place as a long term.

Pros

Coworkers are nice and social, as long as you’re liked by upper management you will probably have a decent time

Cons

Management in this company is probably the most unserious I’ve ever seen in my career. Certain managers exist purely to micro manage their employees, have no opinions of their own and seem to only work here to satisfy the exec committee. Feedback isn’t taken on board at all, employee wellbeing is not cared about, salary increases are non existent and everyone is expected to be overworked with no resources to help. People are also being let go left right and centre, AI usage is being pushed on everyone and you’re threatened with being fired if you don’t comply, and everyone is toxic.

Fast moving nature can feel unstable at times.
