Pros
It was challenging to work for Equans when I first started as I had 0 background knowledge in the industry however my manager and team members are extremely supportive and helped me learn and grow everyday. Equans has really great people culture and definitely can have a good work-life balance. Plus pretty well-paying for an admin role.
Cons
Wish the senior management are more firm. It would be better if they could encourage to be high-performing and work on building the culture for people wanting to do well.
