Terrible all round - Maintenance Engineer Equans Employee Review

This Co doesnt even give a cost of living increase to all employees, some get it some dont, when you were doing 3 peoples jobs while a family member was dying and even went in on the day they died to help, you would expect more than a letter saying you didnt deserve a cost of living increase, the management overspend on usless projects that dont work by £100s of thousands but as an employee you get zero, the managers get private medical, a bonus and co car while you actually do the work, cant wait for another job to come along so I can leave this pack of incompetent yes men n women. 100% usless.
