Cons
While Equativ is a great place to work, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. Occasionally, communication between departments can be a bit slow, leading to minor delays. The fast-paced environment can be overwhelming for some, especially during peak times (Q4). Overall, these are small issues in an otherwise positive work environment.
