Pros
For the first 2 years, things went mostly great, teams grew and huge progress was being made to move the company forward. Compensation and benefits are pretty good overall. There are still incredible people at the company and they do have the possibility of doing great things once again, but it will not happen without them taking issues seriously and making some big changes accordingly.
Cons
A series of bad hires, policy changes, and ultimately a lack of support for the employees has quickly led this company down the wrong path. While they have admittedly attempted to right the ship a few times, it has sadly never gone anywhere. Instead it has gotten worse and the leadership team supports the wrong individuals and therefore the wrong business decisions. They have purposely ignored these issues, even turning them on the employees who expressed the concerns rather than taking them seriously and looking for ways to help. I understand you can't change everything and we all have our opinions, but to offer no support, ignore multiple complaints, and even put the blame back on the individual speaking up is unacceptable.
