Pros

There aren't any pros working with this company. I have never worked for a company that can deny your bereavement days if you do not have PTO available! This company makes millions of dollars and there employees are treated like crap! This company constantly takes from there employees! Everyday we are losing some but never gaining nothing. Below is the bereavement policy listed! Make no sense!

Cons

I am writing to clarify the approval of bereavement benefit leave. The approval of bereavement leave will require that the employee has a positive Paid Time Off (PTO) balance. Our benefit states that employees are provided with up to five days of bereavement leave, for example, in the event of the passing of a close family member like a grandmother. However, this does not guarantee five days of leave; the final amount is contingent on the employee being in good standing with their PTO hours. If proper documentation is not provided upon your return, the attendance policy will apply to the days missed.

Pros

My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

Cons

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
